  • I have been married for nine yrs. I worked at a job for 28 1/2 yrs. before we were married. I received a 30 yr. pension which I still get every month like wages. If I file for divorce would she be able to steal part of my retirement pension even though we only gained 300 dollars of it while we were married,and if so could she start getting have my pension before we were divorced?

Can I file the claim in Maricopa County small claims court and have him served in Pinal County, or do I have to file in the county where he lives?
  • Our landlord has decided to upgrade/renovate all apartments and says we have to move into another apartment either temporarily or permanently (our choice). This will cause inconvenience, time, energy, and money since some of us will need help moving furniture. Must they pay moving expenses, move our belongings for us, or compensate in any way? Can we terminate our lease (mine is up in a couple of months) because we are forced to move all of our belongings out? I'm thinking if I have to move everything out anyway, that perhaps I should just move altogether. The apartments are in good shape.... nothing wrong with them. What are my rights?   • My 12 yr. old austisic son is receiving SSI, if my boyfriend and his two yr. old son move in with me and my son does this effect his SSI? My boyfriend is on disability. And is currently applying for his two yr old bennifits . I'm employed with the Govenment as a Correction Officer..and SSI is saying I make Too much money for my son to continue receiving SSI..now that my boyfriend and son are moving in does this help things are hurt things?
