  • I recently went to court and got my case kicked out for the reason i sent the 5 day notice via certified mail and didn't wait 10 days to file a forcible detainer?... i waited 7 days?. the judge said it is 5 days for serving it by hand but 10 if it is done certified mail? is this right? thanks
  • I was convicted of felony theft on July 3 2000, in Yavapai county .At sentencing, the judge said to me. "After you complete probation, come back and see me, and we will take this off your record". I called the court after completing probation. To do what was told to me by the judge. The court of Yavapai told me, " I have no idea as to what it is that we can do for you". Your convicted, is a conviction of law, there's nothing to do for you. Last year I mailed a request to have a say in this matter. I was given a court date. I could not make this date 4/28 . I received a letter saying to bad.
  • I have recemtly been told I have to relocate for work. My oldest son is 17 years old and graduates in a month. He has told me that he will not move, and when we go, he is "Disapearing". I told him he had to be emancipated to do this, and of course he responded "No one will ever get me". The child has has discplinary problems and typically does not do anything he is told". Is there some legal way of keeping this kid in check?

  • My daughter is refuseing to go to her Dads for Thanksgiving.Itryed to talk her into going but she refuses. She toled her father she does not want to go. She owns the trailer but rents the space and the park owners were well aware of situation.She kicked me out of her house no notice the same day and I had no place to go. Had to stay in hotels and also sleep in my car. My son is still there because I dont really have a place or the $ but she also hasnt allowed me to see him. Is there anything I can do to fight this or get compensated for being evicted

  • I have resided in the same rental property for over a year. I was told I was renewed for another year. 3 months into the second year the landlord (owner/realtor) told me I have to buy the house or move. He wants twice what it is worth or I have to move. I know this is not legal as a tenant but does this also violate real estate laws? I would very much like to report him to proper authorities but to whom would I report such a thing?
