QUESTIONS

  • we have lived in this RV park for two months now we're getting evicted for nonpayment of rent but we didn't get a written notice or anything are they required to give us a written notice
  • My family and I had a verbal agreement with the landlord to pay $900 monthly and my lease would end in December, the landlord then sold the home and I had already paid rent to him. The new owner shows up and says that since I technically didn’t pay rent they are going to file for an eviction is this legal? And if so don’t they need my full name, date of birth and Social to properly evict me???
  • My roommate moved out ten days ago and left many of her belongings on the apartment. She told us verbally that we could have all the items she left behind then later changed her mind and said that she would give her friend two of the belongings. She threatened to send the police with her friend later on to pick them up. My question is if she has the right to send her friend to tale the belongings or if we have a right to take them since they were left in our apartment and she is no longer on the lease?

The apt. is claiming a 30 day vacancy notice but the lease is already up. i also had one roomate leave and another move in during the lease period. Teh question I have is can they hold us responsible for the one month extra rent?
