  • My ex & I have 50/50. we split in 5/15, he moved in his gf two months after I left. He since has been trying to get my son (2.5yrs) to call her mom. He took him out of the babysitter care w/o my knowledge or agreement, put him in a daycare of his choosing so his gf could have access to my son. He wouldn't let me know where he was enrolled. Once I did they wouldn't give me an update because he didn't list me on the pwork. He takes him to rndm clinics so I won't have access to his records. & I just found out she was arrested for domestic violence while my son was there. What can I do help!
  • I live in a mobile home park with 90 spaces. We own our homes, but pay rent for the lot. The park sold recently to a property management person who lives and works in the L.A. California area. She has not hired a manager to be on the premises. If we have any problems we need to call her telephone number in California. She has a couple who live in the park that she refers maintenance problems to. They have no authority to answer any questions about anything. We have been given a list of rules and regulations, but no one is here to see that they are adhered to. Is a manager required?

He is supposedly "clean" now and court ordered that he can call my daughter once per week. This is the extent of their relationship. I currently live in Arizona and want to be sure that if something were to happen to me, my sister would have guardianship. My daughter is now 13, does not want to live with him and I strongly believe it is not in her best interest to live with him. She has very close relationship with my sister and my sister would provide stability. Can I "transfer" my custodial rights to my sister and direct that custody not go to my ex or his family in a will?
