  • My recently filed a bar complaint against his public defender because he will not answer his calls, visit him in jail, read his police report, obtain any evidence, listen to his side of the story, speak respectfully to him etc. He is so worried that he is not going to get a fair trial because he doesn't have adequate representation.I can not help him, he needs somebody who will listen to him before trying to force him into accepting a plea. What can he do? He is in 4th ave Jail and has been for 6 months. He is claiming self defense on assault charges.
  • I am a single mother of 6 children. 4 of them belong to my first husband and the baby belongs to my last husband but the next to youngest does not have any contact with her father. He does not want to have anything to do with her. I have joint legel custody of all of the other children and would like to know what my mother can do to retain that custody or have legal visitation for herself should something happen to me, and become the legal guardian of my next to youngest child since she will have no one else to turn to?
  • I have been living in my apartment for almost a year now. Three months sicnce i moved in i discovered bed bugs. In May 2016 they came to exterminate. I have not seen any bed bugs til recencently. I went to the office in January 2017 and told them they i still have bed bugs in my apt. They are trying to charge me 300 for coming out to exterminate again, are they allowed to do so? What can i do about this situation and who can i talk to?

  • I am the mother and legal guardian of my children. My mother does not like my boyfriend who isn't the father of my two eldest children but the father of my youngest. My mother filed for and was granted a protective Order against my boyfriend for my two eldest children. Is this legal?
  • I belong to a Property Owner's Association. The manager and the original Developer states we do not follow ARS Title 33 because the Association is a non-profit corp. and does not own property. We are all mandated members that must pay dues to maintain the roads that are dedicated to public use. We have bylaws, CC&R's. Is this true? The developer is getting properties back thru foreclosures and says he does not owe dues and is using his 10-1 votes from the foreclosures. Our CC&Rs say that if the first mortgagee gets property back they are not liable for past dues, but from acquisition. Help?
