My question is do I have to put the property and mobile home in my name as I do not intend to keep it. It is completely paid for. The reason I ask this question is that I am on disability and have no intention to live there due to my health because the place is about 5 miles out in the country. If I put it in my name will it have effect on the benefits I get from disability and the state. Please let me know as soon as someone gets to answer this.
