My renter has been doing all sorts of antagonistic things towards me for about two months now - like waking me purposely very early in the morning (as early as 5 am). I've asked her to stop and she won't. Can I legally do anything about this - she is moving out but not soon enough. It is affecting my health because of sleep deprivation and stress (I have chronic fatigue).

I have more than 10 years seniority in my job. I was on a family leave for 6 weeks last year . This summer my boss denied my request for 10 days off saying that I was already too much off work. Can he do that?. I think he wants me to resign. If I do will I be eligible for unemployment compensation?

Orig divorce decree and child support orders were in AZ. I now live in WA state with our child; father remains in AZ. Our child will be 18 next year but will graduate at age 19 from HS. He is deemed disabled. Father and I are in agreement re: extending child support beyond HS through community college and longer, if necessary. We know what to do re: notifying the OCSE that the child will be a full-time student in HS beyond 18. What we don't know how to handle is extending beyond HS. Do we modify existing decree/child support or new petition for this thru Superior Court in Mohave Cty? Thanks.

I gave my 30 day notice on April 1st stating that I would not be renewing my lease at the end of May. I also informed the office that I'm moving out on May 8th but I'm paying rent for the whole month of May. I requested a move out inspection Friday May 8th after I take all my belongings out. I was told by the Secretary that the manager does move out inspections when he feels like it. I am unable to return for a move out inspection because I am starting a job in another town. My question is from what date do I begin counting the 14 days for my security deposit to be returned?
