Am I required to provide fire extinguishers for tenants?

We have temporary guardianship of our granddaughter. Both her parents are drug abusers. We would like to have a more permanent type of guardianship or custody. Our concerns are how can we do this and how would our granddaughter keep her AHCCS? We have insurance through my husbands work, but our granddaughter would lose her mental health support if her AHCCS were to stop. What can we do to keep her safe and keep her mental health support?

My wife and 3 children have been renting a home in mesa for a year now. The landlord has permanently moved to Oregon and has who ever she decides come over and leave us threating notes and notes on my wifes car. her so called "step dad" has harrassed my wife while at work on numerous occasions because he doesnt like my attitude and always has weird request for us..Our AC went out on Memorial Day and my landlord was notified and he svd as the landlrd name for the diag chk of the compl broke a/c. $3800 new, $2600 repair....She told us that when we send our rent in shed fix..stil no air. eviction

Hello, I don't know if this is the right category. I was supposed to move into an apartment May 2020 but due yo COVID-19 I'm cancelling my scheduled move in for safety purposes and other obvious reasons. I already paid application and admin fees while applying for the apartment. The apartment is saying I won't be able to get my administration fee back because I'm cancelling. Is this possible and what can I do? Thanks

I want to move out of my mobile home. The does not want to buy it off me but I've had people who wanted to previously purchase it off of me. They do not want to take applications from the people who want to buy. Can they legally not accept applications from people who want to purchase and keep me paying lease space?

My boyfriend got arrested a few days ago in Phoenix for a supposed probation violation when he wasn't even on probation in the first place. The city of Scottsdale put a hold on him for an unpaid warrant from years ago for underage drinking and driving under the influence. The Phoenix jail said if I paid a bond of $50 dollars the charge of probation violation would be taken care of and then the city of Scottsdale would have 72 hours to pick him up or he'd be released. When I sent his mother to pay the $50 dollar bond they told her there was no $50 dollar bond and that the bond was $2,550 but that is what he owes the city of Scottsdale and they still haven't picked him up. Now they are telling him he is going to court AGAIN for the Phoenix charge and then after that they'll transfer him to Scottsdale to wait to go to court for those charges. I don't have a job or $2,550 dollars or anything worth nearly that much. I'm afraid he's going to end up being in jail PAST MY SCHEDULED C-SECTION. I'm due in 37 days. Any advice? Please help,.

An exboyfriend kicked me out of his mothers home and kept all of mine and my 2 year olds belongings. Including birth certificates, SSCs , immunization records, pictures, jewelry, clothes, toys etc. What can i do to attept to get my belongings? He claims to have nothing of mine.

I got divorced about a year ago now and my ex got me for child support since she was paying the insurance for the kids. We have 4 kids together but only 1 of them qualified for support. Now a year later I have tried to contact my kids and see them and help as much as I can as well as I even put all 4 of my kids under my insurance. Now I am expecting a new baby within the month and none of my kids want to talk or see me. I still pay their insurance and try to talk with them. I need information on Child Support.

I have $250,000 invested in a 1150 sq ft home and lot in a Surprise HOA, built with permits from the City. With that permit, my contractor built an 850 sq ft addition (story & a half) to a park model, wrapping all in stucco. Now realtors tell me they cannot put my property in the "residence" section of MLS but must list it under LAND/LOTS. How will out of state buyers find my home in a realtor.com or mls or zillow search? What was the legislature thinking when they dictated this? Thank you for any information you can provide.

My car was repossessed back in 98. I have recently recieved court papers stating there is a judgemnt against me. How long do creditors have to try to collect a debt? Does it depend on if they keep selling the debt to different creditors?
