Sewer roaches also infested the attic drawn to waste and moisture present in the attic. With hazardous exposure and health concerns, is this the responsibility of the owner? They are communicating I should have recognized or smelled the nesting and feces and reported it before the problem developed. I requested they order an air quality test due to my asthmatic children and my concern of something in the air about a year ago. They have no record of it?

  • Me and my ex girlfriend have a daughter out of wedlock. I am curious how child support works with that type of situation. I'm on the birth certificate. • We have a 10 yr old daughter. My ex has supervised visitation, which he chooses not to participate in. He has not complied with any of the court orders to date. It should be noted that there is a history of drug abuse & mental illness. He has now started bullying me online & threatening to take me back to court again. The new theory is parental alienation even though it's of his own doing. My concern is the lies & harassment. I can't afford to lose my job because I support our daughter. I already changed jobs once because he repeatedly called & harassed me there. What options do I have?
  • Does the Late Fee Fairness Amendment Act Of 2016 also apply to mobile home park owners? I own my mobile but rent the lot. My landlord charged me a late fee on a late fee, but all of my rent has been paid on time. They claim that they can't apply my rent check for Dec. because it's not the full amount of my account, which includes the late fees. The late fee was because I was disputing the water bill and wasn't paying until we were able to speak about it on the phone, which was past the date that rent is due. They said they would waive the late fees, then reneged.
  • I am in the process of evicting a roommate. I took it to court, and have to restart the court process because the 5 day eviction notice was not certified mail. She has left all of her things for about three weeks now. At what point am I legally allowed to move her belongings to put another roommate into her old room? And what would I have to do for her property to roll over into my possession, so I can legally remove it from my home or dispose of the items?
