This question is for information for my son. My son and his ex-girlfriend have a daughter who is two years old. In the beginning they shared custody of her my son would get her once a week and every weekend. Now She wants to change that and say that he could never see her until she decides to file for court papers. My son loves his daughter cares for her pays for everything for her would basically die for her(his daughter) The mother is keeping my son from seeing his daughter. The question is can she continue to do this? Please help anyway I’m begging you

Do I need to get annulment from my two month marriage. I recently found out I have been married for the past 9 years to another man that I thought I was divorced from. The original husband is a Veteran and although I might not be eligible for benefits because I left 9 years ago, I need to know if I can still apply for benefits being currently married. There was an order which states neither of the parents would pay each other child support - each parent had custody of one child. During a hearing today, the assistant attorney general stated back child support would be considered. Is this common?

Can a landlord that has no lease with the tenant file eviction for non payment of rent? Landlord does not maintain the property. It is a mobile home. There are safety issues that have not been addressed. There has been no communication from the landlord to the tenant.

My first year lease is ready to renew and my rental company is demanding that I get $100,000 in rental insurance that only covers damage to the house, not any of my property. Is this legal? I lived at 5920 W.Laurie Ln apt.222 for one year on section 8 and moved because they no longer excepted it I cleaned the apartment however did not take pictures and the la lord did not do a walk thru with me she just excepted the keys and said I would be receiving my deposit in 7 to 10 business days.l do have a witness that helped me clean the apartment.What should I do?
