Am I required to provide fire extinguishers for tenants?

i am 17 years old i have an 8 month old daughter i don't have any type of income to take care of me or my child i am trying to finish school i don't stay with neither one of my parents i am with my grandfather. am i eligible for receiving both?

My mother is 85 and being treated by a naturopathic doctor. My sister and I are concerned that the care she is getting is harming her overall health. We have contacted the Naturopathic Physician Medical Board to file a complaint. They are willing to move forward and subpoena her medical records for review. The problem is that they say there is no way to keep this physician from mentioning it to our mother. We feel that our mother puts an abnormal amount of "faith" in this physician and that she has been, for lack of a better word, "brainwashed" into believing that he can do no harm. We want to proceed without fear that he will convince my mother that we are "the bad guys." What do we need to do to proceed without fear that he will discuss this with our mother? Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I leased my house to a couple with a teenage daughter. It has been month to month after the first year. The wife signed the lease in her name only and then the couple divorced. She moved out and the ex-husband stayed with his daughter in the house. Is the ex-husband still liable for the provisions of the lease his ex-wife signed? Or is the ex-wife responsible? Thank you.

My fiancee moved to Wisconsin (where we currently reside) three years ago. Shortly after arriving here, his ex girlfriend in Tuscon claimed she was pregnant with his child. She wanted him to pay child support that she decided without him signing the birth certificate and without a paternity test. He desperately wants to see if she is the father but she refuses to participate. Is there any legal way to force her to cooperate? Is he legally obligated to pay child support without being on the birth certificate if it is her fault he is not able to see the child?

I have a 12 year old son, who has a hyphenated last name. He wants to drop one of the hyphened names so that we have the same last name. His bio father never signed the birth certificate and has never been in the picture. Do I need to contact the bio father in order to get the name change? i lived in home and left due to domestic violence. the property manger recieved my order of protection and allowed me to vacate. 6 years later my check is being garnished for unpaid rent and attorney fees. they got a judgement from the court and a collection agency is who garnished my check. i have to pay over 4000 dollars. We rent a house that has a well water system. Sunday the well quit working. After trying to contact landlord all day via his phone and speaking with his son he agreed to have someone come out. The company came out Monday morning, found the problem and relayed this and the cost to the landlord. His response was that he did not want to pay this price. He asked if we can pay 1/3 of the cost after he finds a cheaper contractor to fix the problem. The motor is out on the pump.
