I am the president of my condominium complex and would like to collect unpaid home owner's association dues (upwards of $2,000) on a home which has been foreclosed upon. Who is responsible for payment and what is the recommended course of action to collect?

2014 we lease a car for 36 months st $ 229.00 a month gave our our 2004 mint condition as down payment supposedly % 5000.00 we need a larger vehicle we were moving so went to see what they could do.The.dealer paid off the Camry but added it to the truck,our payments now $579.91for 84 months.what the salesman didn't tell us that they wrapped amount of the Camry to the truck payment, so we are paying for 2 cars and they kept the car .We only have one vehicle. Is that legal? What they did? We pay $579.91 monthly,to much.our solely monthly low income is 1773.00 combined.we tried to refinance with other banks but were denied they said we owe more than the vehicle was worth.we are up to our neck with to many bills If we voluntary turned up the vehicle can they go after our only assets,a2bedroom little house? Please help,can't afford lawyer fees bankruptcy is not an option. We always have good credit,we manage with credit cards.

My house was sold at auction on May 28,2014 while i occupied it. I was away out of town and returned today. The locks have been changed and the mortgage co transfers me to the legal dept who wont give me any info on the sale. The county recorder has no info on the sale yet and the sheriff suggested i call landlord tenant line and they cant help because i am not a renter. They suggested legal aid. so here i am . 1 How do i get the things out of my house 2.who do i go to for help

Can a landlord refuse to accept a 60 day written notice? Where are the laws against this?

I received a eviction notice on my door today giving me 24 hrs to get out of my moblie home. Yesterday they wanted to do an home inspection and enter my home but when i called and left several messages they never called back. If they told a particular payment from me within the last 30 days can they evicted me. They said they sent notice in the mail but they know my mailbox is broken. So i never received anything

my mother passed away in march.my brother was named personal representative in her will.it's going on 100 days since her death.i've had a lot of problems with my brother on settling the estate.i would like to know if property listed in the will to be devided equaly to my brother and myself can be counted as assets possably used to pay bills of the estate.also how long does a personal representative have to settle an estate and what are my options if this matter is not resolved soon.thank youfor your help

I understand there is a 48-hr required notice for showing a property occupied with tenants. If the tenant agrees says it is ok, is it ok to ask for an earlier showing, as long as I inform them that they are not obligated to allow it that early? Or would they still have legal recourse if they agree and is shown with less than 48 hr notice?

My husband is in prison for one year for hurting me. I also have a 5 year restraining order against him. Will I be able to get a divorce from him when he is in jail and has a RO.

my manager did not accept my rent on the first and told me to wait until she got back to me on monday 5 about why i had a notice certified mail from them. (never received that mail) on the 5 i get a call saying they we not going to renew my lease, i had 30 days to vacate (verbally) that night i get a notice on my door that i owe rent and late fees. I thought i was kicked out . i dont understand this process then on the 12 i receive another notice that they dont want to loose me / pay rent. i seek legal advice because i dont understand now i get an eviction notice for court HELP ?? We had no electric in one room of our rental for 9 months. It would sometimes flicker when we jumped on the floor or slammed the door. We contacted the landlord several times to repair it. We have several text messages stating such. The cost to repair was more than 50% of our rent. We gave our 30 day notice on July 2 for August 1st after months of trying to get this repaired. Our landlord checked us out on Aug 1 stating everything was perfect and we would receive all of our deposit back in 14 business days. Our total deposit was $1850- we received $300. They stated we did not give them notice.
