If neither party has received welfare what interest does the state have?

I am diabetic, taking medication, and receiving food stamps but I need to eat three times per day. The amount stamps I receive is not enough for three meals a day and toward the end of the month I have to limit to one meal per day. Is an increase possible?

I am the biological father,a perternity test was done and I was in prison when she was born.I was to follow all D.E.S programs,But had to put it off til I took care of a fauls accusation in a fellony case-which got dissmissed.And now she was adopted out and I was not notified (but had no stable address). Can the adoption be reversed? I reside in Arizona if that helps.

My 4yo daughters biological “father” hasn’t seen nor spoken to her in just shy of 6months which was just a call on her birthday and hadn’t spoken to her several months before that. In 2004. I was convicted of attempted armed robbery (I had a toy gun).I even ran from the check cashing place after I held up my toy gun. The manager took my license #. I have complied to 3 years probation and this conviction makes me out to be a dishonorable person for employment. Am I still eligible for espungement?
