  • im 14 ive been living with my grandma for 6 months. My mom does drugs and my little sister and little brother live with her and her new husband(does and sells drugs). i moved out on my own. my sister doesnt want to. now my mom is saying that she has ALL athority over me. Does she? is she still my legal gardian?

  • I have been renting this house for 9 months now and within the nine months the sewage lines have backed up bringing feces up through the showers bathtub toilets sinks and in the front yard. Every time I call a send a plumber to flush the system the plumber say it is a palm tree that has been there before I moved in has busted the main sewage line. I have five children three that have asthma and I know that it is not safe for them to be in that condition. Is there anything I can do to get them to fix the main line or let me out my lease?
  • I own my trailer but rent the space. The owner of the park passed away and we were left alone for a few months. Rent checks were returned and it was chaos. I received a certified letter saying I have not paid rent for 4 months, when I know I have. I have proof for 1 of those months, but cannot find the others. The office is open for 3 hours a day while I'm at work, so I stick it in the outside mailbox that is locked. Other tenants have received the same notice and said they also paid.   • So, I have a almost 2 year old. I had my rights severed sadly, and I wasn't able to get her birth certificate done at the time. My parents are thankfully adopting her, but I was wondering if I can still have my name as her birth mother, and her biological dad on her birth certificate, that way when she gets older she is able to know that we are her parents. Also, my mother who is adopting my daughter said that, because my parents are adopting her, that her last name will not be under my daughters biological fathers last name, that it will be under my parents last name. Is that correct?
  • My landlord seems to be blowing off some of my repair improvement requests on the house I'm renting. These requests include sealing the 3 doors to enter the house, open electrical outlets, the water heater makes the loud popping noises, insulation and overall sealing of the house. We get a lot of bugs inside, some of the wood post that hold up the carport are not secured to the roof. Even though the roof had been repaired before we moved in, there are still many spots around the house that are very visible, that it's obviously rotted wood. Am I allowed to renegotiate my rent?
