  • how can i recover money, items such as gym equipment ,tax refunds and bank withdrawals illegally made by my common law wife, of 18 yrs, and her lover.i am a veteran and she left me penniless and homeless.she did our income taxes every year and she never needed my signature or approval .she emptied all accounts and had us fired for miss apropreation of funds.i live in san antonio,tx and she is in maricopa, az.
  • I reside in NV, but need to modify an existing permanent guardianship order in Phoenix juvenile court. I have permanent guardianship now of my two year granddaughter, won through Judge Norris. The case was ICWA, and the paternal grandmother was awarded eleven weeks visitation, and has not used one day and called three times in two years. The childs father is being released from AZDOC in October and I am frightened that the paternal grandmother will suddenly want visitation. What can I do to modify the order to require transistional visits, supervised visitation?
