I divorced in Seattle 11 years ago and my ex moved down to Phoenix with my son and I moved down here 5 years ago. He is 13 now and I have always paid child support but I have no record of it, as we did not go through the courts for this. I am getting married in a few months and want to have something signed or some document stating that I have paid child support for the last 13 years and something that shows I continue to pay directly to her every month. Is there something like that here in AZ that will protect me from her stating I never paid?

As a tenant am I able to send the owner a bill for time spent at the property assisting with maintenance and work done to repair numerous deferred maintenance issues? I calculated at least 55 hours whereby I was expected to be at the property when workers repaired faucets and broken pipes and the need to tear up and replace kitchen tiles, and more. I had to take time out from my work to help the owner fix her property - how can that be correct?

I lost my job almost a year ago. I was denied unemploymt due to a paperwork problem and didn't appeal as I kept thinking I had a job right around the corner. I didn't. I finally got a job, right after I filed the appeal. They denied me because I hadn't been checking in every week. Is there anything I can do to get my "back-pay"? I was applying for jobs the whole time and can prove it.

Our roof caved in in the bedroom and looks shaky in the kitchen (under the entire weight of the swamp cooler). We have sent a certified letter. We are moving but our landlord is refusing to refund our deposit. What are my options?

I am 17 years old, currently 7 months away from being 18. My parents do not want me visiting my boyfriend who lives about 15 miles away from me on the weekends. I am determined to walk that distance every weekend and back, but never stay the night. My mother wants to forcibly keep me from going. I would never miss school if I did this. Can she call the police and make them drag me back to the house?
