  • What can a person do to seal a class 6 felony non repetitive , aggravated DUI record? I could not get a set aside judgement because it was too premature. I did get the civil rights and the right to posses arms. However, how can I seal the court records, criminal or civil so I do not have to answer my record for a job application?
  • My friend has been living in a house that is owned by someone no longer able to care for herself.He was living in the residence helping the lady with taking care of the house and chores that needed to be done in exchange for rent. When the lady became sick and went to the hospital my friend was allowed stay and keep up the house. Before leaving the hospital she was deemed not able to make decisions or take care of herself. A fiduciary was appointed to handle all of her property and now he wants to put the house up for sale. He then ordered my friend out on the house in 2 days. Is that ok?
