My husband and I have a covenant marriage. We are getting divorced (we meet the necessary requirement to do so), but I'm not sure if I need to file different paperwork. All of the regular divorce paperwork for AZ states that it won't work for covenant marriages. Please advice. Thanks!

How can I kick my ex girlfriend out of the home I own? broke up with my ex about 2 yrs ago. She didn't have anywhere else to go so I let her stay. She pays 30% rent and the water bill. I have repeatedly asked her to move out for months. I moved her stuff to the garage when she refused. I gave her an eviction notice for 30 days. She said that I can't legally evict her since she has established residency at my home and gets mail. I am being held hostage in my own home. I want to move on with my life and my new relationship.

How long does an employer have to dispute an umemployment claim? I do not feel safe touching the monies I've been given yet.

I have a question concerning FBI federal background checks. Is it true that the state only reports arrests to the FBI if there are fingerprints? If I have a dismissed misdemeanor, which did not require my fingerprints or an arrest, will the record be sent to the FBI?
