She says she has grandparent rights forcing my niece to comply with her every wish. Does my niece have to let the grandmother continue to see the kids? It is causing the boys much confusion.

Bank states that in order to reinstate my mortgage I have to go through their foreclosure attorney and pay the unpaid back mortgage of $7298 and various other charges that have been incurred by the attorneys office of an additional $1525. • I've lived at my mobile home park fornover 10 years. I noticed my bill started getting higher and higher from patying 350 to getting charged 1000. I noticed that the landlord was charging some of the neighbors water meter to my bill. I've gone multiple times to their office and the landlord is never there. The secretary tells me she can't do anything and that I have to speak to the landlord. I've called the landlord multiple times and left messages and no answer or response from them. The bill says they will keep charging me if I don't pay the bill and evict me. What steps can I take?
