I quit my job in May to seek a higher position. Contacted my former employer July and let them know it was not working out and would like to come back. Was told they would call me in october when the position became available again. Found out they offered the position to a current employee, but, never contaced me to offer me my position back as stated they would. What legal recourse do have at this point?

My lease is expiring on May 23, 2020. I signed a notice to vacate, but my roommate refuses to sign. My landlord has initiated a month to month lease and is telling me that I am responsible for the rent until both of us sign the order. I cannot control what my roommate does. Am I legally bound to this person? Can they force me into a month to month lease, and make me stay when I want to move?

If I have accrued sick time and I am having to take off the rest of my work day due to my illness. Is my job able to deny that time?

Hi my name is anna the reason I'm writing this letter is cuz I have a 15 year old son who is in a correctional factly he had a toumer removed in his spine 2013 after there was an MRI and a toumer in his cereabllem in a place were they can't even biopsy it was found so the dr who did his spine sent him to an oncologist who was his care provider supposed to be till my son was put in the deletion center any how my child was put in this factly in april of 2014 and his dr has dropped as a patient because he missed to manny appointments but the dr who lives three he away will not talk to me and when asked to talk to the courts about my son he wouldn't I don't know about theses toumers but my oldest son had an A VM and it ruptured and the way his life was spared was it leaked in to his spine the dr at are Emergency room were gonna send him home with migraine headaches but my dad told them that are boys can take a great deal of pain and that was no migraine so they took him back gave him a MRI and found the leading and life flightless him to another hospital were a Dr performed operation and removed the AVM and he's fine but I don't know why there treating my child like this he has  not commited a crime that bad that he should be  sentenced to death row now I'm not sure what this means but speaking with a nurse at his Dr office I asked her at the time they found his toumer how big was it and she said it was 20 ×13×13 and she then said in feb 2015 by a different radiologist not in their office it measured at 21×15×15 I don't know what that means but I have a letter from the same Dr when this all began saying my son needs chemo asap or his life it could cost him and now his probation officer has caused some problems and I had to get papers from the count saying I never lost costidy and I had my sons regular Dr call and she was lied to by the nurse and told her my son see a Dr but I ask and he says no and there calling him a hpoconderact pleas help

(Bold) SUMMER MONTHS OR SCHOOL BREAK LONGER THAN 4 DAYS: (Unbold) The weekday and weekend schedule described above will apply for all 12 calendar months EXCEPT: Each Parent is entitled to a one week period of vacation time with the children. Each parent shall provide the other with 60 days notice of their proposed dates for vacation. If there is a conflict of dates, Father's schedule shall have preference in odd years and Mother's schedule shall have preference in even years. I am assuming this means he can only take the children on vacation during summer months or school break longer than 4 days. .... and the Consent Decree of Dissolution of Non-Covenant Marriage With Minor Children states the following: Custody and Parenting Time ... h.Vacation. Each parent shall be entitled to one additional week of vacation with the children in each year. Each parent shall provide the other with 60 days notice of their proposed dates for vacation. Which document prevails?

What to do about a person who was living in a rental and left but has now come back to the residence although the residence has been put up for sale or lease. Can these people be reported to police as the owner of the property is out of state and unaware of what is going on as the residence has been cleaned and painted prior to the original renter all of a sudden showing up again possibly not returning keys to landlord.

I am a landlord and have a tenant who broke the lease by moving out 3 months early and giving me one day notice. she is not answering my calls or replying to my messages. I am trying to deliver a notification that I intend to garnish my evicted tenant's wages or bank account. He would not tell me his address, closed his bank account, does not have a car, and lost his job. How do I deliver the notification?
