Does landlord have the right to impose a monthly fee for indoor pets when the tenant owns the mobile home and pays rent for the space only since the pet will never impact the mobile home community?

i need to establish my grandparenting rights to c.p.s. in AZ. i need to do this very soon for i have heard they (c.p.s.) may be planning to send my grandaughter to N.Y. to be with 'next of kin' her mother has stated the child has NO family here in AZ. truthfully she has more family here on my side (the fathers) than ever in N.Y. please help?!?!?!

Been in same mobile home park for 4 years, living in our travel trailer. We've always paid 1 yr. in advance to receive a substantial discount due to tiered pricing. In June, we're usually offered a pre-reservation discount, but must pay the future year in advance. We've usually declined due to lack of $$ in June, but agree we will be renewing when our rental agreement is up. This year they told us they had a prospective new tenant and if we didn't renew w/1 yr advance payment...we would lose our spot. Is this legal?

I started my lease in April of 2008. It expired in April of 2009. It's now December of 2010, I have given a 30 day notice to vacate. Am I responsible for nonpayment of rent within the last 3 months even if I haven't had a valid lease in over a year?

We just bought a home in Arizona. I am a 100% disabled veteran living in a hot box for the past 5 weeks.We had an inspection done before and everything was fine. We have been in the house for 5 weeks and have had a different air conditioning repair person here more than 5 times with a different reason each time. Now we have flooring from the kitchen, entry way, and laundry room that needs to be replaced because of water damage from the air conditioner. Do we have any recourse against the home inspector? I called her and she said she would refund the inspection fee, but it wasn't her responsibility for the repairs now. Every penny we have went to purchase this house and we bought a home warranty so we wouldn't have to worry about problems. The warranty company of course claiming pre-existing conditions for things, so we have to fight to get some of the costs covered with them. Is there any help for us?
