My brother is the Trustee of our deceased Mother's estate. I have asked him on several occasions to give me copies of various documents and he has failed to do so. I have very little information regarding the Trust or the financial distributions. How can I get copies of those documents? He has since sold the house that our mother left to both of us but I have seen no money from that sale. He still refuses to give me any information. What can I do?

My ex husband has filed for a modification of C.S. because he has had another child. He lives with his girlfriends family but failed to list them on petition as others who have an income in the household. He listed only his gf who is unemployed and takes care of their newborn. I have just gotten a divorce and my exhusband is ordered to pay back money he took from our savings account when we seperated. He says that he does not have the money and will have to make payments. He was awarded our personal property which is paid off. Can I put a lien on this title? He says he is building a home is there any other way of ensuring that I will get my money returned?

I have sole legal decision making of my daughter and I was planning on filing for an out of state move. My ex gets out daughter on the weekends and after missing last weekend, she informs my that see will be in Chicago for a month maybe longer for a family tragedy. Now whether or not if that is true does that change the way that I file or will I have to wait for her to come back whenever that maybe.

We moved into a home in Nov. 2014. With a 2 year lease. The owner recently told us he is selling the house but that whoever buys it will have to honor the duration of the lease. Is this true?

I leased a house that I saw 6 months prior. I paid first months rent and deposit totaling 2400. House has no hot water or heat. Trashed, full of prior tenants belongings. I had to have mover put things in house. I am in hotel that I am paying for as house not livable. Can I terminate lease and how?

I am a single mom. I live in Yavapai County. I had to be air lifted to Phoenix at 23 weeks pregnant and gave birth to my 1 lb. daughter. She has been in the hospital in phoenix since birth on January 29, 2013. I want to file for child support but someone told me I have to wait until she is 6 months old because she has to live in Yavapai county (her home)for 6 months. Since she has only lived at the hospital in Maricopa county. What do I do?
