what dose my husband need to Adopt my child. He has been in her life for 11 years and she dose not know that my husband is not her biologic father. My daughter is 21 years old...she lives at Visconti on Camel back apartments. There is a very dangerous stalker who has keyed her car, poisoned her dog with break crumbs, harrassed her and other's. He walks around punching himself in face pointing at her. Cops have been called multiple times. She is scared and wants to break lease..only one month. Visconti says "no"... shouldn't they provide proper security? Somebody was murdered there two months ago also? Please help- I need her to leave.

I called the landlord re: the AC had went out and had provided him with my sons contact number. The landlord then called me at the time of my work on my personal cell and started to yell at me due to no contact with my son. At that time my son was on the phone with the AC tech. And now the landlord wants me to pay $100.00 towards the repair, but this has happened 3 times now and never had asked me to pay towards the repairs.

We currently have a mortgage on our home as well as a home equity line of credit. If the first mortgage company forecloses on our property, can the bank that we have a home equity line of credit sue us or file a judgement on us for the amount of the home equity line of credit we used?

I'm wondering if a Grandparent can get guardianship of a Grandchild through the courts alone? Can the Grandparent get court papers and have the Parent sign them without the Parent going to court also?Doesn't the Grandparent and Parent need to be involved in the court process?

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

I have been complaining to my land lord about the roof leaking and my water heater not working it wasnt fixed nor did she reply i recently lost my job and explaind my situation i send money every other week, once i fell behind thats when she sent a 5 day notice can she do that when ive been making payments and she hasnt fixed anything ?

If house is foreclosed on, what does the new owner need to provide to the old owner and how long does the the old owner have to get out by law?

I completed probation I never gave up my right to privacy and my old probation officers, basically violated my civil liberties. They leeched my personal business way beyond their fiduciary duties. They Violated my right,and has basically scared me with in the community i grow up in. Is it to late to sue?
