My apartments use a "chiller system", and refuse to put on the air conditioner despite it reaching 80+ degrees inside the apartment. Aren't they required to provide air conditioner? As it is an essential service in AZ.

I have an almost 6-year-old son; never married; son's father is on his birth certificate and I receive child support, but no written custody order or anything else. (Does that mean paternity has been established, but I by default have legal custody?) Son's father moved out of state a few years ago; we maintain regular contact and do visits when we're able. I live in a beautiful Mobile home park in a travel trailer. Everyone who is in a travel trailer or Rv is asked to pay 4 summer months up front in order to stay in the park. It is not written on the lease. Is this a legal practice?

If an adult child is living with his father and the father decides to kick the child out of the house. Does it require eviction notice before requiring them to leave? If possessions of the child are still in the house, how does the child go about retrieving them?

My car was recently repossessed. I spoke w/ the fa dept wanting to pay everything I need to pay to get it out and set my pymts up for weekly. The dept is telling me I have to wait 7-8 days for a letter to be generated and recd before I can make my pymt. Meanwhile, im getting charged storage fees everyday when I could just pay for it. Do I have to wait to receive a letter telling me I already know what happened and what I need to do? I want to pay today to get my car out.
