I was told by a few friends that during the summer months in Arizona, when your involved in an eviction, that when small children are involved the landlord is unable to evict the family when there is no resources to provide shelter. Is this correct?

I've lived at an extended stay motel for about 2 years. Last September my cooler went out and my landlord has been saying since then that he will get it fixed by the time hot weather is back. It's now almost 100 degrees here and it still isn't fixed. My landlord acts like he has no responsibility because it's a motel but I'm wondering what I can legally do to remedy this.

My husband and I own a home and have rented out a room to a man under a month to month lease. After 8 months we have decided that this is no longer what we want and have served him his 30 day notice to vacate. During this period he has moved his girlfriend in who never leaves our home even when he is at work and stays the night every night for the past 2 weeks. We clearly have it stated in the lease that the tenant shall not have overnight guests for more than 2 nights in a one week period. Can I call the cops and have her escorted off our property?

My daughter's father and I have child support and visitation established, the court has left the visitation under our discussion, he and I decided on ones week him and one week for myself. I have enrolled our 4 year old in a preschool and I pay the full amount for our child to attend. Before I enrolled her I asked him if he would be willing to take her and pick her up from school. He agreed and now her wants me to take her out of school because he states it is not convenient for him to drive her back and forth to school, what are my legal rights and can he force me to pull her out of school?

I was granted a Protective order 2 days ago. I need a victim advocate to clarify the terms granted. OR ANYONE who clarify if I can remove my belongings legally. The police Said he could and he did. I have to move because he has all the money. Im trying to keep the residence, but its gonna be a battle. I have rights to reside here now til hearing on 25th of August.

Is it possible to have the court order my to provide receipts on what the child support is actually spent on?

My husband applied for a joint apartment and put on the application that there was a criminal record involved. He was approved given a move in date. After my information was reviewed, the application was denied because of a criminal record. Is that legal?

His dad & I try working it out but throught out time he was still being abusive , doing drugs getting d.u.i going to jail . Cheating on me I had enough . I met a wonderful man that I fell in love with as soon as I moved on my sons father broke into my apartment & vandalized 3000 worth of my things .. I don't get a penny from the guy . Now he has a black on blank Benz . He has a Bently he has a monster truck . He has a motor cycle hardly Davidson & dune buggy while I'm struggling with my son to get by . My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right

Reasonable parenting time for 6 year old
