  • I am contacting you on behalf of a close friend. She is disabled and had two children one of which are disabled. She has a USDA loan on her home.(Nov.21st 2010) She made all of her payments on the first of the month when her disability check was deposited. Then in October of 2014 she called to make her payment and they would not accept it. Instead they told her that her home was in foreclosure. She has since tried every month to make her payment but they will not take it. I would greatly appreciate any help or advise. Thank you.
  • My sister recently moved to AZ and left her children at my house & didn't tell me she was moving. She left me with no guardianship, power of attorney or ANYTHING that will give me authority to take these kids to get medical attention god forbid something happens. • I acquired a credit card in 2001 and never made a payment on the debt. A judgment was filed in Ohio. I moved to AZ and the collector filed a foreign judgment Jan 31, 2008 and filed an Affidavit for Renewal February 26, 2013. from what I have read, the statute of limitations is 5 years, since they recorded the renewal 1 month after the expiration, is this debt enforceable?
  • Can I be charged rent if I do not reside in the house anymore?
  • I have been renting a house for the past 4 months and last night the landlord showed up and starting moving her stuff in , can she do that? How do I stop it? I called the police and they said I couldn't do anything about it.
