  • Are the DES workers allowed to treat applicant badly? If I wanted to file a complaint, what would I need to do?

  • My sister has poa and is not looking out for moms best interest she stole her house and she is jealous of moms and my relationship mom has Alzheimer's and my sister had her sign the house over to her then put her in the nursing home I recently applied for guardianship I just want to be included in the depictions for mom well she sent me a hand written letter saying I could not dee my mom. Can she do that and can the nursing home stop me she tried getting a court order and the judge denied it. This request is not from a judge she wrote it. So I can I go see my mom?

  • I have an ongoing problem in my duplex with a black widow infestation. when we first moved in we had to kill many black widows that were in the backyard with a hammer. The next summer they returned, this time also in the garage and a bedroom closet. I notified the landlord and she provided us with store-bought insect spray for us to use ourselves. I used the spray and a few months later they have returned again. I am very concerned about being bit as well as the safety of my dogs. Since the store-bought spray didn't work doesn't it fall to the landlord to provide pest control? Esp. Safety wise

The temperature reaches between 88-91 degrees inside even with many fans throughout house. The landlord has failed to offer any way of cooling down the house. If we want an AC unit in the windows we must pay for it. He has neglected to fix things because we pay "cheap rent for the neighborhood we're in." Is the landlord legally responsible for providing livable conditions such as accurate cooling?
