My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? I was incarcerated in july of this year and was released just recently, during that time my wife and 2 children had moved to kansas I am most likely to file for divorce and will be seeking joint custody. I am planning on having the kids for their summer break and winter breaks.Since she is out of state what is the procedure for this to occur and what must I file,also will she have to come back to Arizona for the proceedings or can she remain in Kansas?

Mom and Dad never divorced, dad past in Jan. '13. We are six siblings same parent's. Dad had a live in spouse for about 25 years and he may have added her name to both his houses and cars. Is mom entitled to his social security money and assets?

I am currently expecting a baby. The father of my baby left me when I was 7 months, but has stated he wants to be in the baby's life. He is a habitual marijuana smoker, heavy drinker, and the people he surrounds himself with are not the kind of influences I want around my child. He moved in with his mom, who keeps a very dirty house and has been in and out of the hospital with MRSA for the last couple of years. I do not feel like he can provde a safe and stable environment for my daughter. He believes he will get joint custody. What actions do I need to take to ensure this does not happen?

I had mold and filth in my A/C unit and gave the landlord 10 days to repair it. They did not and we were still sick so I gave my 30 days notice to move out. They refused to recognize they broke the law and is pursuing to charge me the early termination fees. Can they do that !!? Why won't the health department get involved in the mold situation?

I live with my boyfriend it's his home I've lived here for 15 years he is very abusive verbally and physically at times when he is drunk he has put a chain WITH a lock on the gate so I cant leave or come he does this when i have to go to appointments he refuses to take me so there for i have to find my own way to get to and from appointments I was in a car accident in 2019 which makes it difficult for me to have to climb the fence TO get in and out is there something I can do that will not cause me being the one that has to leave the home because it's his home I've lived HERE 15 yrs

If I had not been on my job for a year and was a few days to making my 90 days with full benefits when I had an unavoidable medical situation what do I file for when my job has me on medical leave but I'm not sure it is fmla and I have no income to pay my bills and not sure when the doctors or I will be able to medically clear me to physically do my job. I was told I'm not terminated but I do not qualify for any benefits although my medical insurance did get activated but will be terminated if I can not make the payments. I am still in need of medical care. I'm really confused please help me.

The father of my children wont let me see my kids and there is no court order or anything for him todo this to me i just want to know what do i do to help me see my kids i have done nothing for him to keep from me i just need advice on how to see my own kids?

I live out of the US but I have a misdemeanor warrant for my arrest in Yuma County. I want to quash the warrant so that I can freely pass into the country and appear before the court to address the charges on my own account. Is there a way to go about this by doing it myself?

I live in senior 62 Sec. 42 tax credit property. I have heard the landlord is money oriented and anti-social towards people. I was a real estate agent and specialized in apartment building sales. I have been threatened with immediate eviction for bogus lies, that I had nothing to do with. I looked up the company on az courts. there is nothing since an unlawful detainer in snowflake in 2009. they are in several cities around the state, but based in Idaho. I have heard that they just throw people out of the property. they must have accomplices. one of the owners sits on the town council
