  • Can a house built for a mother in law be rented by someone from another family
  • If I feel I earned more than I was paid, is there a government organization I can call to confirm that?
  • If one room in my apartment needed the carpet replaced can they make me replace the whole apartment?
  • My wife and I were sued for unsecured debt. We have two minor children that both have a bank account with my wife on each. The creditor seized thier accounts. My daughter has a babysitting job she does, and my son's account was set up to recieve his student financial aid. Luckily, he had already purchased books and payed for his summer classes. I have heard that Federal student aid was exempt from this. What can we do to stop this and can we get our sons school money back?
  • I have received a three day notice on the 6 of this month and on the 17 of this month. I tried to give my landlord the rent money, and I've tried calling her. She did not respond. So, I went down to the court house and I paid my rent there. What do I have to do I do next.
  • The mother of the children gave me custody the second week of October 2019 she has not provided for the children whatsoever in anyway because she gave me custody of the children does that give me for Cassidy of them
  • What do I do if my ex registered my daughter for kindergarten and we have 50/50 yet she didn't include me and we live an hour away from each other
  • I am considering remarriage. I am a widow & receive widows SS benefits. I also work full time, own my own home(mortgage on it) vehicle(no lien) savings. I just found out my fiancee(age 64) has not paid income taxes since the 1970's(Tea Party does not believe in paying) the IRS has seized his SS benefit. He has no savings & little income(electrician works for himself). Says he plans on filing a lawsuit against the IRS for his SS. How would this situation affect me if we were to marry? He can also take his union retirement anytime, would the IRS sieze this also? Can they lien any of my SS benefits and/or put lien on my house if we were to marry? I feel they could, he says no that if we did a prenuptial agreement, would be fine. I disagree, the IRS could care less about it. I am not going to marry him regardless but would like to be better informed. Thank you
  • I a trying to get vet court for a drug abuse problem
  • I gave my roommate his written thirty day notice on July 1st. He barely has packed anything and I have a feeling he isn't going to be gone by the 31st. If he has not left the premises by the 31st legally what can I do? My husband and I own the house and he was living with us, just to give you some background. I'm stressing so bad, I don't want a confrontation but it might come to that. The paper he signed was a form we got online and it's not notarized or anything. Would that matter? Thank you.
