  • Landlord is upset about possibly having to fix broken air conditioning in a house my wife and i are renting he is trying to say its my fault because i didn't change the filters on a regular time period but has not had a qualified a/c person inspect it just an other tenant who said that the unit is frozen.I feel that he is looking for an excuse to have me pay for repairs when the air is his response ability .What can I do to get the a/c fixed and do I have to worry about a retaliation eviction I have entertained the idea of getting a Tucson building inspector to make him fix the a/c to code.
  • Does the child support packet need to be filed with initial divorce forms or does parenting time and custody need to be established first?
  • As a tenant am I able to send the owner a bill for time spent at the property assisting with maintenance and work done to repair numerous deferred maintenance issues? I calculated at least 55 hours whereby I was expected to be at the property when workers repaired faucets and broken pipes and the need to tear up and replace kitchen tiles, and more. I had to take time out from my work to help the owner fix her property - how can that be correct?

He has been in several relationships with women married and divorced along with moving 10 times within 1 1/2 years. Long story short, my daughter has provided her with a stable home. He has hired a lawyer, she can't afford one. She has used legal aide but they won't go to the hearing. I'm worried she will loose wo/ a lawyer.
