My wife passed away in October and a little while after I received a letter from a collection agency called GC Services saying she owed over 49K to them with the original account being from Educational Credit Mgmt Corp. (student loan)I know Arizona is a community property state but am unsure if I am responsible for her debt. I never signed on any loans and she has no estate to distribute to creditors. Her name was not on the house, cars, or anything. I don't feel like I am responsible for the debt but thought the law might see it differently. I have not contacted the collection agency.

Hey I live on a small lot and have animals. My dad gave me permission to use the land. I have ten chickens, two ducks, five pigeons, and a pheasant. We have been fighting a lot and he threatens to kill all of the animals, which I have bought or have been given to me. He says that I don't take care of them enough, which I will admit Im not the best at but they have food and water all the time and I do my best. But he threatens to take them from me and kill them every time, which is every time he starts to drink. I don't know if he can because its his land or if he can't take them from me.

The home I rented went into foreclosure and was sold, unbeknownst to me or to the property management company (manager was not the owner). I made 2 rental payments to the management company during the time between the home being sold and us becoming aware of it. I made a CFK agreement with the new owner and requested my deposit, as well as the 2 rental payments back from the manager. They told me to give them a key and they would return my deposit, even though I made it clear I was not moving out. I returned my key and they refused to return my deposit or payments. Do I have any recourse?
