  • My father passed away in Sept. He left no will. He has a lien on a condo for 75k, had paid almost 30k. Lots of Credit Card bills, maybe 30k. I am 3rd child, 2 older, 3 younger. I will be taking over Condo. I am on death certificate too. Am I responsible for any of the bills? I have started probate process in Pima County by filling out Affidavit of Succession to Real Prop, is this correct? I was told ALL my siblings need to sign n notarize? Correct? And on this form, am I the Affiant, or is that each of my siblings filling out the form? 5. The interest of the decedent in the property is _______, who, me? 9. Which do I choose there? First option, since there's NO WILL? Please help. Thanks!!!
  • My landlord allowed people to live temporarily on the property in a mobile home. The mobile home was broken into so she installed cameras to protect my house and the barn that sits on the property. The cameras were installed with the use of my personal wifi. During this epidemic of the coronavirus I have been unable to work or pay my wifi bill. So the landlord purchased her own wifi and had it installed in the barn. She removed the cameras from my home and says now I must secure it myself. Is this legal?

  • My Park charged me a $5 per day late fee on unpaid late fees. Is this legal in Arizona? The park applies any payment made to the amount due, thus guaranteeing that any payment made that is less than the entire amount owed will be subject to late fees for the entire time additional money is owed. I believe there are laws preventing that practice for mortgages but I'm unsure about rentals or leases. Shouldn't payments first be applied toward the monthly rent or lease and then any additional payment be applied to late fees? And isn't it illegal to charge interest or fees on late fees?

  • I paid partial rent on space in park by money order. Landlord accepted it and now served me with eviction notice. Now they say they never got money order. Do I have recourse? Can they evict me after I paid most of the rent? I own my trailer and they want me to abandon it so they can steal it. It is my only home. No place to to. What can I do???
  • I have lived in my apt for 19 years now,my landlord will not fix a thing, i have asked several times, i have the same carpet it's been shampooed over & over, it's horrible when asked he said he'd have to raise my rent, isn't that his responsibility to replace it after so many years.
