I haven't had power in my house in 2 months I've contacted my landlord and she refusses to fix it and when she did she made things worse Who do i contact about this I've called everyone I need help

My sister is pregnant and she has a two minor children already that is out of the home. Her daughter has been adopted by the fathers parents an her son has been adopted by another family and she is pregnant yet again and has got into alot of trouble i want to get custody of the baby but i dont know if i should obtain Power of Attorey or should i go for Guardianship or Legal Custody I need help bad and soon!!!!!!

my x-girlfriend and i have a set of twins but before they were born we got caught in a bad situation and got in trouble with the law. im now in prison and my sons were born, ive never seen them and she says i never will. she is also on her way to prison and i want a paternity test and i want to no my rights. the problem is she doesnt recieve any public assistance and she never will. what can i do??

Can I obtain custody of my child if my ex neglects to care for him/her? when the child was in her care, he/she came back to me with impetigo on parts of his body dr's say the is due to uncleanliness. He/she has no babysitter so she drops him/her off at local relatives home.

Is a manger of a rented house have the right not to let you talk to the loadlord. I have issues that i think are not getting to the loadlord and all she will tell me is that he knows everything. If a person is renting in an apartment complex and the landlord does not maintain the pool what are the rights of the tenants. The pool is green and pool care company reports landlord does not want to pay for all the right chemicals. This has been on going for 2 months at least.

We have a 1 yr old and when we moved in last oct2015, there was cockroaches in the bathroom. We have cleaned spotlessly, and even bombed the place, yet they just keep coming. For a while, they had their own bug guy come in and treat our apartment once we moved in, but now they stopped. We canot get rid of them!!!! I'm so sick of them biting us, and my daughter somehow eating dead ones. What can we do?!?!? This is our main concern, as they don't do a great job anyways.

Hello! Back in 2000 my vehicle was repossed, this loan showed up on my credit report until 2006.I have checked my credit report every year after that and this account is no longer showing up. Just recently I recieved a phone call from a collection agency regarding this account. Are they allowed to do this? Do they have the right to after 3 years of this account falling off my credit report to start reporting it again? Thank You

maybe someone can answer me on this I currently renting a 2 bedroom apartment in Bullhead city Arizona, a month ago I found out that my apartment is infested with termites, the landlord or apartment manager responded by sending a maintenance worker to look into it and he was not sure what we're dealing with so he reported back to the office and they send a pest control to look into it and he confirmed that it was termites and they need to call a termite specialist and he came and looked at it said it was a mild case so he went back and told the manager what needs to be done and the estimate but all that was over 3 weeks ago and I heard nothing about since then so I called and the lady who works there did not seem to know whats going on with this so she replied "I will let the manager know and have them call you" well another week passed so I drop buy the office and paid rent and I ask the lady again about and she said the exterminator has not got back to them so now I'm not sure what to do, I personally believe they are giving me the run around and do to the history and incompetence and procrastination of the maintenance service provided since we been living there I am highly concern to the point that I should just bail out of my lease and move somewhere else but the problem with that is I cannot afford to when I'm providing for my kids so I am thinking i should seek some legal council on the situation

I have filed for divorce. I did this on January 28, 2008. I cannot afford an attorney so I am having to do this on my own. I also filed a petition for temporary orders. The hearing is on the 22nd of February. I did not understand the instructions to serve my husband. I took the papers to the sheriff's office on February 4. What happens if my husband doesn't get served on time? I just mailed the order to appear yesterday, 2-13.
