  • I signed a contract to move into an apartment 6 weeks ago paid all fees and first months rent, I am supposed to move in on June 22, 2019. I received a phone call today telling me the apartment will no be available because the current renter has decided not to move. I have less than two weeks to find alternative housing is this legal?
  • My husband and i are still married i never wanted a divorce. He has an alcohol addiction and one day decided to leave and ignore me. Its been a month since he has seen his child.   • In mid October I agreed to let a female army veteran stay in my camp trailer for two weeks. We have no contract and I didn't ask for rent but she said she would help out. I ran an electricic an cord to the trailer and told her to use a bathroom in the house. It's December 15th and she's still here. So far she's contributed $35 towards food and utilities and recieved mail. Twice she threatened to call the police because she has the right to shower and to use my electricity. I would like to know how to remove her by Christmas without a legal battle, what rights she actually has, mine also.
  • My teenage daughter and I were both arrest for domestic violence and both of us were prosecuted. Same case yet we were both identified as defendants which very effectively eliminated any accountability especially by the courts to address "Victim's Rights" at all. The words "dominate aggressor" does not exist , at least not in the statues in AZ. So my question is: How do the courts justify this? Is this ethical? Every justification so far has been absolutely absurd. Have you thought this through at all? Obviously: no victim, double fees, more income, more DV programs as Dual arrests increase
  • I have submitted to my employer documentation from my physician stating that I have a medical condition (sleep apnea) . I am constantly being written up for falling asleep at work, although this had not affected the quality if mt work. Does my employer have grounds to discharge me if it is a documented condition?
