  • I gave revocable guardianship to my mom when I moved out of state so the kids could finish that school year and I started my new job. Now that I have petitioned to revoke guardianship, she is suing me for custody. I am so far and not sure how to handle this.
  • I am taking FMLA leave to have a baby in March. My HR dept is telling me that they will pro rate the rest of my pay until my contract year is up (I am a teacher).   • I recently had my DUI conviction vacated. It it my understanding that I must contact all databases that contain my conviction and inform them of the fact that it has been vacated so that they may update their system. If this is so, how do I go about doing this? I need all potential employers, etc. to see that the conviction has been set aside. Thank you.

The judgment says immediate possession of the premises 1829 N. 45th Ave., Phoenix, AZ right of restitution to issue after five calendar days from this date right to issue on 05/23/2017
