i work in the cleaning industry my boss stopped paying us for the time we commute from one job to the other we drive his truck to do work for him we are paid hourly so for the 1 to 3 hours ea. day we are in route to a job we dont receive compensation for our time ? and he also has started putting, what should be a gas allowance on my check but has it described as a reimbrestment and he dont list correct the total of my deduct. in the total deduct column i cant tell if i am paying the taxes on the gas money please help i need to quit if he is not legally abided to pay drive time thank you

If amenities are included in our rent but they shut down every single one of them due to the COVID 19 (2 pools, business center, exercise room, tennis court, all BBQ patios), should we still be charged for this? It is an extra $50.00 on our monthly statement.

I am noticably disabled and live in a crime free.multi housing complex. There are several tenants who have either used a sharpie to change the expiration on their placards, have expired placards, or who simply park in the few disabled spots available. I have made the manager aware of these continual incidents, and was told that if they had any kind of placard or plate;(regardless of it's status), that the apartment management had no recourse. Is this accurate? If not, what can I do to see that this ADA accomadation is enforced properly?

At my current job I began outside, when my asthma began effecting me we moved inside to another position in a building where it did not make my asthma any better. Finally they moved me to a position where my health wasnt compromised, a month ago they gave me the option to go back to the two previous position that effected my health when I explained that my health was in jeopardy they kept insisting the same two positions stating they needed people their. I am a resident of Maricopa County in the state of Arizona. I am the legal father of a child by default and not the biological father. There was never a blood test performed by the court to establish paternity. This is an out-of-wedlock child who is now 12 years old and I was never married to the child's mother. I have been paying child support for this child for 12 years. I want to file a motion to disprove paternity and request that the judge order a DNA test since the mother will not cooperate with genetic testing. Since the paternity judgment, I have received information that at the time of conception the mother had engaged in a sexual relationship with another man who was actually her fiance. Do I have the right to reopen and challenge the paternity declaration against me if a post declaration genetic test shows that I am not the biological father?
