  • there is a lady here. i let her stay to try to get on her feet.She pays no bills not even food, Now i want her gone & have given her a month notice. she wont leave. What can i do to get her out of my house ?
  • My roomate and I signed a 12 month lease. 3 months into she is leaving and wants me to sign her off the lease leaving me the only one responsible. Do I have to sign her off? I can't afford the place by myself.

  • My neighbors water heater recently needed to be replaced. The property manager was notified but the building maintenance man was out sick. It took over a week to replace the unit and complete repairs. During the time of the unit being damaged, and up to it's replacement, the cost of electricity used to power it went through the roof. Mt neighbor's electric bill overages during the two month period of the unit failing to work properly and then breaking down beyond repair, totalled $415.66. Is it the landlord's responsibility to reimburse the tenant for the cost of the electrical overages?
  • We gave a deposit hold to a real estate agent who said it was to keep our application in first place. In order to rent the house, they were needing 6 months rent ahead of time. She received the hold on the 16th, we submitted an incomplete application on the 17th and on the 21st she requested the remainder. On the 22 I informed her that we would not be able to provide the 6 months of prepaid rent to her as we originally thought and that otherwise we were not eligible to rent the property. She is now saying that we have no right to our hold. On the application it says deposits can be refunded
  • I have an overpayment for SSI and I do not see a link for this specific area. I want to apply using the website and I do not really see an application for what I'm applying for.
  • My husband of 27 years moved to AZ "to find himself" well, he also found some "younger playmates" so to speak. We are till married, I am living in IL. He has been in Mesa now for over 4 years. I really don't know what my rights are to property he acquired (house he bought out there, $$ he acquired, etc) but can you direct me to some counseling, someone I can talk to for about 1/2 hr to see what I should do now. Its getting old!! Thank you.
