can I still get my undesignated class 6 felony reduced to a misdemeanor if I did prison time and parole? I did 4 months in prison and was on parole for 4 months completeing my parole on jan. 2, 2014

I was adopted at the age of 13 from Russia. My adopted American parents were abusive. At the age of 18 I left home. I have been homeless living with friends as I finished my high school diploma. I have not been able to pay anyone for living at their home. I have started community college full time, two of my classes are not college accredited as I was educationally deprive and have to catch up to take Eng. 101 and college math. I spend more time studying than the average student as English is my second language. I work 8 hours a week at a clothing store. I just started caring for a 90 year old lady, more than 20 hours per week, in exchange for a place to study & sleep. DES says I need to work 20 hours a week to get food stamps. Would my caring of the 90 year old count as working even though I do not get paid?

My partner and father of my 4 children passed away last friday. We are not married together as married for 18 yrs. Day before he passed he fell from very high up. They sent him to dr got shot sent back to work. Next evening he had heart attack and died. Paramedic said get autopsy think it was internal bleeding. I've received a copy of of an arrears calculation, it states my ex owes over $4000.00. Since he is not current on his arrears,I claim our every year for taxes until he is current. My ex disagrees with the calculations, what would be my next step? Or, whos responsable for cheking on the arrears calculations to make sure they are correct?

I have full guardianship of my 17year old nephew. Father has been court ordered to pay 50% of past medical bills. He is refusing until I provide him copies of the bills. Nephew doesn't want to because they show record of the PTSD his father caused and he is afraid of his father retaliating. Am I required to provide them or are we protected by HIPPA privacy laws?

A Felony 6 Non-designated was designated as a Misdemeanor 1. I was told by the court that my rights were altered during the time period it was an Undesignated felony 6 (voting and gun rights). The charge in the case has now been "Vacated and Dismissed". Have all of my rights been restored or do I need to process and other documentation?
