QUESTIONS

  • I had a default divorce awhile back while I was away on active duty. My now ex told the judge that I made $100k/yr on active duty when my income was far less than half that amount of course. Modifying her and the court's secret divorce now is easy enough, but I'm in arrears for money I couldn't pay from the divorce up until my first modification. How do I get bank statements, tax returns, paystubs and whatever else they need and should have had in the first place to a judge in order to negate a year's worth of $3,500/mo alimony that AZ DES is still trying to enforce? -Making me a homeless vet

They charged me to paint it, but when I moved in the walls were already dirty with spills and stains. I have pictures to prove it when I moved in. Also, when I asked for a copy of what I am being charged for, the information was not accurate. It says they did all the cleaning and painting in the middle of the month, but I didn't move out until the last day of that month. Do I have an argument worth pursuing?
  • I am the manager of an RV park, I have several tenants who are past due on their rent and utilities. What action can I take to have them remove their trailer and vacate the park? They have been asked to vacate, but they do not. As far as I'm concerned they are trespassing. I also would like to lock the electricity because they have not paid their electric in months and I'm having to pay APS for their usage.
