  • I got a possession of marijuana charge, I wasn't arrested but forced to sign a fingerprint compliance form. The stuff wasn't mine, but it was close to me so I was blamed. It belonged to a friend that was there. If my friend and i go down to the police and explain the truth will my charge be removed and put on him?
  • I have a order of protection on my ex, he isn't supposed to contact me, and my address and stuff is protected. My question is, is he violating the order by going and harassing my family trying to get my address? He's telling them he needs my address, they know not to give it to him, do I file a report?

  • House financed in mobile park with lot rent. Shortly after moving into my mobile home park, they let my neighbor get a dog. This dog violates half of the park rules pertaining to pets. It's over the 16" and probably 40lb. limit, They leave it outside, unattended, it barks for hours at a time both when the neighbors are home, and when they are not. The neighbors, pretend not to understand English when I try to talk to them. I have complained about the dog hundreds of times to park management, they have done nothing about the dog. What are my options?
