  • can the community park stop me from selling my home to someone who wants to purchase it and pull it out
  • Husband keeps threatening me to throw me out of marital home. I have been a stay at home mom since the birth of our first son 12 years ago. I have no income or source of support if he forces me out. What can I do to protect myself and my children. He has been hostile to me in front of my boys, upsetting them. I just listen so that he will stop threatening me and upsetting them.
  • I obtained an order of protection 3 days ago and attempted to use it to terminate my lease with the apartment manager. They told me they will have to review the order and that the order has to be served in order to be used as evidence of DV. How long do I have to wait for the apartment complex to fulfill my request? I paid off the promise to pay which included all the applicable late fees. My landlord then stated I must sign a promise to pay for an additional $500. I refused.I ask for an explanation and they refuse to tell me where the extra money is coming from. I filed an action in court for unlawful rent increase. Couple days after they were served with compliant, I come and had a "Notice to Terminate Agreement. Isn't this retaliatory action? Can they do this?
  • I’ve lived in this rv park for a little over a year and there are new owners. Now they are forcing me to remove my box trailer and truck somewhere else. They offered there new storage for $70 a month or if I rent a bigger lot $700 to $850 I can keep my belongings with me I pay $475 plus electric and a $400 deposit is that legal ? And they are threatening immediate eviction if I do not comply. Everyday they bang on my door I just paid rent yet they harrass me! Is any thing they are doing legall?
