  • MY BOYFRIEND AND I LEAVE IN ABILENE TX, AND HIS EX LIVES IN MESA AZ, WE HAVE TO DRIVE 13 1/2 HOURS TO PICK UP HIS 4YR OLD SON, IS THERE NOT ANYTHING WE CAN DO TO CHANGE THE ORDER TO HAVE HER MEET US? THINGS HAVE CHANGED SINCE THE ORDER WAS WRITTEN, HIS JOB HAS CHANGED AS WELL! SHE DOESN'T FOLLOW THE ORDER LIKE SHE IS SUPPOSED TO, WE HAD TO CALL THE POLICE LAST TIME BC SHE WASN'T HOME FOR US TO DROP HIM OFF. ITS GETTING REALLY FRUSTATING
  • My boyfriend and I are leasing a new house. We had paid a pro-rated amount of rent for the end of June. The swamp cooler in the house had a broken pump and a handyman repaired the cooler on July 2nd. Seeing as how the house was uninhabitable during that time, we would like to get our pro-rated rent money back. What are our rights in this situation and what is the responsibility of the landlord?
  • I bought a refurbished tv on ebay. The first one was broken, I paid $51 to send it back to get another one, it too was broken, I had to pay another $51 to send it back andget another. It too is broken but now they won't take it back, told me it had a 1yr manufactureres warranty so I called them, they said itdoes not. Now the original sellers aren't responding. Can I file a civil suit for the almost $500 in thistv that is still broken?
  • Can I have my arrest record sealed? The felony charge was dismissed for insufficient evidence. I have a prior arrest in another state but the misdemeanor charge was also dismissed for insufficient evidence.
  • My fiancĂ© and I are in a month to month lease. On 8-26-16 a guest of ours that was visiting the state was accused of crime on property. The next day the landlord stated we had to leave that day or we could pay for next month's rent and be evicted afterwards. They stated a eviction would show on credit affectively making it nearly impossible to rent anywhere else. On the rental agreement there was no notice stating we needed to advise them if we had a guest staying longer than 14 days and he has not been formally charged. What options do I have.

  • Me and my wife separated 3 years ago. She moved out of state with our three children and then about a year later two of my boys came back to live with me in Arizona. They went up to visit their mom in Utah last Summer and she refused to let my boys come back . Come to find out she filed for divorce/custody when they first got up there and I was never served anything. It's already been approved by a judge and now I'm paying child support and on a parenting schedule to visit my kids. What can I do and which state, Arizona or Utah do i contact? Thank you
