  • I am being sued/summoned from Chase through a debt collector to appear in court, they came to my home and made my 16 year old daughter sign the document, This is a 6 year old debt (they sent this account in January 1st 2008 to collection) and after this date I didn't receive any collection letters. I am afraid to face charges or fees other than owed. I need legal advice please!
  • My children's father and I signed over temporary custody of our 2 children while we were in jail so they could get them medical care and enroll them in school. Now that we are both out and doing well we want custody back. The grandparents are line with us having them back. How do we go about getting custody back? We font know where to begin?

My husband has full custody. Bio mother has not been in her life consistently ever. She has never taken her to the doctor, paid child support or kept a consistent schedule with her. We have given her several chances. Bio mom has been in and out of jail and not stable. How would we go about having her rights severed so I can adopt her?

He proceeded to say 'No, I'll end this right here' asked me for my key and walked me out. I then filed for unemployment, which has since been denied. I'm sure he said I quit, which is not the case. This person also made advances to my 16 ear old daughter when she was at work with me over the summer. Do I have a claim? I'm having a hard time getting a response from local attorney's.

  • On 12/30, I entered into a lease in which it was discussed, agreed to, and I signed the addendum added regarding having a satellite dish on the property. It states that in compliance with FEDERAL Communication Commission, I had that right. On 1/3, Rey C of Satellite compny came out to help me exercise my right and was told by management that he couldn't install my dish, because they are issuing a notice to all residents that they need to have dishes removed. I was assessed fees for early termination of $360, and move in fee of $199. This blatantly a breach of contract, and violates federal law. Help
  • My boyfriend and I paid our rent 435 + 48 late fees for the prior month leaving us a balance of 65 dollars in late fees for this month. I seen AZ law states that a 10% total rent is the most that can be charged for late fees. Per the rental agreement, the only mention of late fees 25.00 + 5.00 daily late fees until for any portion of rent that is not paid. There is no section devoted to late fees as required by AZ law. I was wondering can a landlord charge late fees on the months late fees?
