Is there a 3 day release from jail if not charged rule? But if the jail lists charges on the inmate, doesn't that mean that they have been charged? And if the preliminary hearing is scheduled, doesn't that mean that they have been charged, but not necessarily indicted? On major methamphetamine trafficking charges, isn't it unlikely someone would get out on the above-mentioned 3 day "rule"? Without a bond? Just turned loose?

I moved into a new upstairs apartment unit in May 2011. It is now June 2011. Everything is great, except I have downstairs neighbors who play loud music from 1 am-5 am. The music is soft enough, but the bass is extremely loud. It vibrates our beds, floors and walls. We have spoken with the manager, who says that she can do nothing. The police have come, (twice), and are sympathetic but because it seems to affect only me (the vibration is in the bedroom below me), they don't know what else to do. Can I break my lease? More specifically, I want to change units. Can that be done?

I SIGNED A RENTAL AGREEMENT ON FEB 23 WITH A MOVE IN DATE OF APRIL 1 AND THE PROPERTY WAS SOLD ON FEB 27. THE NEW OWNERS HAVE TWEAKED THE LEASE I SIGNED. I WANT THEM TO HONOR THE ORIGINAL LEASE BUT IF I DON'T THEY WON'T LET ME MOVE IN. IS THAT ALLOWED? THEY ARE CANADIANS, THE NEW OWNERS.

Ok thank you for this opportunity to ask a question. To add a parking spot covered that is a extra $15 or so a month. Can the landlord demand a new lease with the parking option? We don't want to start a whole new lease and that shouldn't be allowed it doesn't seem fair. The spots are always available they are not a high demand option
