Our living will was updated for the state of California; should it be updated for Arizona since this is our primary residence?

maybe someone can answer me on this I currently renting a 2 bedroom apartment in Bullhead city Arizona, a month ago I found out that my apartment is infested with termites, the landlord or apartment manager responded by sending a maintenance worker to look into it and he was not sure what we're dealing with so he reported back to the office and they send a pest control to look into it and he confirmed that it was termites and they need to call a termite specialist and he came and looked at it said it was a mild case so he went back and told the manager what needs to be done and the estimate but all that was over 3 weeks ago and I heard nothing about since then so I called and the lady who works there did not seem to know whats going on with this so she replied "I will let the manager know and have them call you" well another week passed so I drop buy the office and paid rent and I ask the lady again about and she said the exterminator has not got back to them so now I'm not sure what to do, I personally believe they are giving me the run around and do to the history and incompetence and procrastination of the maintenance service provided since we been living there I am highly concern to the point that I should just bail out of my lease and move somewhere else but the problem with that is I cannot afford to when I'm providing for my kids so I am thinking i should seek some legal council on the situation

I've been renting from the same landlord for three years and suddenly he foreclosed. Is it possible for his name not to show anywhere on the foreclosure papers?

I am a landlord and have a question about my legal rights to be notified by the power company (SSVEC) before they shut off service because the Tennant did not pay their electric bill. The signed rental contract gives permission to the power company to notify me of a pending shut off. They have this agreement on file. It gets below freezing here and this puts our units at risk of having frozen or bursting water lines. Also the smoke detectors are disabled. I never want the utilities turned off on the apartments because of this. They just shut off the power for 10 days before I'm aware.

My minor grandchild's parents are willing to sign paperwork for me to become the child's guardian. I want to make sure it is done right. Do I need an attorney or can I just have the parents sign forms obtained on the internet?

If we opt to pay someone to negotiate for a loan modification with our lender am I less likely to fall victim to scam with a law office?

If I'm being charged with possession of dangerous drugs for sale, transportation of dangerous drugs for sale, misconduct involving weapons, possession of illegally altered firearm. Being this is my first offense is there any way around a mandatory minimum prison sentence, and into a treatment instead? I don't feel that 5years flat at the very least would do me any good as opposed to a treatment program.

My husband has a child support collection that was filed against him prior to our marriage, the child support collection is with his exwife and children that are not mine. I am obligated to pay the collection since the collection was prior to our marriage and it is for child support to his exwife and his children ?

My ex husband filed to modify child support to lower his payment. Before he filed I told him that I wanted to file to have the children during the whole week and modify our current parenting plan. So now he filed the child support modification should I not respond and have a hearing? Or should I file my own paper work to modify the parenting plan?
