QUESTIONS

  • I need to terminate a year lease because I lost my job and cannot afford to pay rent. Also my Mom had signed a paper saying she would help me with rent which she can no longer do.
  • When I was 18 I got a class 6 undesignated felony. I did my probation and got off it early. I turned in paperwork to the court to try and get it dropped down and it got denied. I am currently in my second year of ASU and have not been in any trouble. What can I do? I will not be able to get a job.
  • I signed a year lease, and moved into these apartments on 12-14-2012. That lease ended 12-31-2013, but we wanted to stay in the complex, but in a downstairs unit. None were available then, so I signed what should have been a 3 month lease, but when I read it again, it shows the lease started on 4-1-2014, and terminates on 3-31-2015. We finally moved downstairs, and I signed a year lease on 5-19-2014, that terminates on 4-30-2015. My landlord is "renovating" and isn't renewing my lease. However, she has the terminating date as 3-31-2015, which was the old lease's date. What should I do?

And when my lease ended I moved out I asked for my security deposit and I was told the pet deposit was nonrefundable I cannot get it back And he took $300 out of my security deposit because I had let a dumped kitten in front of my house stay in my yard for several weeks and when I moved I took iit with me. Will she decided to be sneaky and dirty and she had one of her friends who is a repo agent come on to my property and steal the vehicle from me even though I wasn't behind the payments. Is that legal? And what about all the money that I paid on the vehicle even though it was in her name which is technically community property community property. I just bought brand new tires for the truck brand new rims
  • I have been living in my rental house for 7 months. The plumbing in the kitchen and bathtub keeps backing up and The landlord has had the plumbers out seven times and still cannot fix the problem. The plumbers told us it was bad pipes and the landlord will not spend the money to fix them. So I cannot use my washer or dryer and when I take a shower I have to stand in the water that backs up. Is that grounds to be able to break my lease?
