  • I have a 7 year old sister from my father and his ex-wife has custody. she hasn't let me even talk to her in about 3 1/2 years, except when I was with my father, but i don't live with my father and I was curious if i could file something in the courts to compel her to at least let me talk to her on the phone?
  • I was involved in an accident last year where the at-fault driver was uninsured. After receiving care my health insurance was billed and no liens were put on my auto insurance. I have since settled with auto insurance, but this week I received a collection notice from an attorney saying I owe the provider an amount above the agreed upon rate from my health insurance. When talking to the provider they said AZ law allows them to collect the remaining balance from me with personal injury. Can they hold me liable for the balance above the rate my health insurance has after they have billed them?

  • Are landlords responsible for termites/ swarmers in apartment complex!? Lease states they cover “pest control but excluding “wood eating insects” and they are not responsible for any damage to my property because of them... !? That cant be legal. Its like living outside with all these flying termites.
  • I received a letter from the HOA and the property management company that the window screens need to be replaced or repaired. The screens are in the same condition as move in, less sun damage. My lease does not specify that they are my responsibility. Please advise.
