QUESTIONS

  • Am I responsible for debt incurred prior to marriage at anytime?
  • I was out starting to prune my Mesquite Tree and noticed a large Bee Hive and Honey Comb. I came inside and called a Bee Removal because I didn't want to get Stung or my dogs. I had my Landscapers coming that afternoon to prune all my trees in preperation for the Moonsoons. My Lease states that I am responsible for yard maintence which I have done for nearly 7years. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMOVALE AND HONEY COMB
  • I had a DUI in 2005. I thought everything was done. In 2014 the court issued a warrant for my arrest ( I found out because they suspended my concealed weapons license ) .I called the city court and they said it was over a DUI in 2005. I went to court , and the judge said I did not do 36 hours of alcohol treatment. I had receipts for traffic school, MADD school, level 1 school . The attorney I had, when I called him, said that a retired judge was going back thru all the DUI cases because Tucson was broke and was trying to get more money from everybody. Is this legal after 9 years?
  • I currently have a 80/20 home mortgage. The first is with one lender and is a 30 year fixed. The second is with a different lender and is a 15 year balloon fixed. Does Arizona's non deficiency stipulation apply to both loans or just the first. I am concerned about foreclosing and then being pursued in collection by the second loan holder.
  • When my 3 year old daughter was born her father refused to sign the birth certificate, he requested a paternity test be done through the state, after paternity was established they then established child support , my question is because he has not filled out any forms asking to amend her birth certificate or acknowledge paternity does he still have rights? I'm getting married and would like to have my new husband adopt her (i know her bio father will no longer be responsible for child support) and everything was done through DES.
  • how can i find my sister when all i know is the day and town she was Born?
  • How does this minimum wage law pertain to commission base jobs, ie sales - car, furniture?
  • I left some of my belongings inside the house i was renting a room from. Can the landlord change the locks on his house now that i live somewhere else?
  • My husband recently took a plea agreement and though he was signing for disorderly conduct. Once we got the paperwork home it indicates that it is domestic violence. There is also several other items on the form that were not told by us by the prosecutor. Can we appeal? Both "victims" in this case were trying to call an ambulance, not the police. They have both written letters stating that they were never in any danger and told the police that evening when they came. Also, the defendant signed the plea just hours after leaving the hospital. We feel duped into taking this plea.
  • I have a 2 year old son and his bio-father has never really been in his life. We went through a custody hearing and he was given some visitation but now is wanting to sign his rights over. We have mutually agreed on this. How would we go about doing this? I am married and have a stable house hold.
