QUESTIONS

  • my husband children are grown but he owes child support from his previous marriage, isthere a way that I would not be liable for that debt?
  • Can I get cudsty over the baby before he is born or dose that have to get done after he is born?
  • I rented a room in my home to a school teacher that was being evicted from her house, I felt sorry for her and wanted to help her out. I only wanted a month to month lease but decided to give her a 2 1/2 month lease the lease states that the term of the lease will terminate on Nov.30, 2016. In the addition terms it states if the landlord and tenant agree to renew the agreement that it would be a month to month rental. One week into our agreement I told her I would not be renewing our lease after it expire, She is refusing to leave and said I didn't give her 30 day notice. What can I do ?
  • I paid rent late. Landlord started eviction process. On day of court I didn't know I had to go instead I went to the bank and paid rent, lates fees, court costs, attny fees put into landlords bank account.   • The mobile home park I live in is corporate owned. February, 2018, the park got a new manager. The manager sent out a general letter stating that, starting 2/12/18 lot inspections will be conducted and then every two weeks after. Is management required by law to send a letter to each individual resident, specifying the date in which a uniformed employee will be on the rented space for inspection? Is management allowed to just send a general letter? In the past, they have come onto the property without any prior notice, have taken pictures, then sent a warning for rule violations.
