QUESTIONS

  • i already pay child support on my daughter.i am some times allowed to see her and other times im not. i need help locating the form to file for parenting time in yuma county.i keep finding the forms for other counties but none for yuma county.
  • I had a written lease for a residence.  Before my lease expired, the landlord put the property I had under lease up for sale.  When I saw that the landlord had put the property up for sale, I moved out of the leased property two months before the lease had expired.   Did I breach my lease?  If I did breach my lease, how do I calculate how much money I owe the landlord?
  • how long can i stay in a rental home if i do not pay rent. and also how long before i will be evicted if i do not pay rent.
  • We are senior citizens. A bank is offering us a home loan that we assumed was fixed interest-the rate dropped a fraction, even-then I happened to notice an unfamiliar phrase with a tiny checked box-'demand feature'. I looked it up: the bank can demand payment, calling the loan, at any time without giving a reason. It said that some states prohibit that practice. Is Arizona one? Calling the loan could destroy us and force the property into foreclosure.
  • Isnt there a law that states how much you can charge rent by square footage? I ask because its seems to be ridiculous to charge $650 for a 350 sq ft studio.
  • In Arizona, can I move out at the age of sixteen with parental consent? I plan to move to Wyoming, I will have a place to live immediately upon arrival. I will have a part time job and plan on graduating high school.
  • Can I request "in-home" assistance thru AHCCCS? We are in need of assistance for someone with mild Alheimer's as reminders for taking medicine and for personal health & safety a few hours a day. Is this possible thru AHCCCS?
  • My boyfriend and I moved here to arizona with them, as grandma bought a mobile home with an Arizona room on some land, when she bought the house we all still lived in Iowa. I had a everything already set up there, but they "invited" us to come with them. They found out on Thursday that I was excepted for a job, and now on Friday it's all of a sudden illegal to live in an Arizona room "according to Arizona law". Is how she put it. My question is how true is this, and why wouldn't she know about this when they bought the house? I feel like I was jeopardized into coming out here.
  • My ex-wife moved my 6 year old daughter to another state without my written consent or a judges order. Our divorce decree states? What forms do I need to fill out to have my daughter returned to Arizona?
  • I got hurt doing a job at a flea market site for extra money, I was paid to pick up trash and to weed eat the property. I was weed eating and fell down an embankment and cut my leg. Is the owner responsible to pay for my medical bills? He says he's not because I was under a contract which is not true I never signed any contract at all with him, just a verbal to weed eat the property and pick up track for a free booth for the the year that was all I was suppose to do. thanks for your response
